1. linking to the picture in your gmail account wont work, you have to save the pic to your computer then upload it to tinypic dot com then link to the DIRECT URL
2. adjust the 140 till you get it where ou want it, the lower the number the higher the profile. <style> .profileWidth { padding-bottom:140px !important; } </style>
